For used or refurbished items, please see the warranty tab on the individual product page itself, as they may vary. We offer an extended warranty option with these products. The extended warranty kicks in after 90 days. Warranty coverage is provided by the OEM for parts and labor for the first 90 days. Warranties do not cover shipping damage. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the packaging and merchandise you receive and report any damage immediately upon shipment. For freight shipments, you should inspect the goods before accepting the merchandise. If there is serious damage, you should refuse the shipment. In any case, you can notate on the driver's copy of the Bill of Lading any concerns you have with respect to damage to the packaging or missing parts. This makes it possible to file a claim in the event of missing pieces or concealed damage.
