It can be applied in extreme temperatures (20F to 120F) and is rain and paint ready in just 30 minutes, letting you finish the job faster. DAP 3.0 stays permanently flexible so it won't crack, shrink, freeze or crumble and is backed by a lifetime guarantee. It applies easily and smoothly and is low in odor and VOC compliant. Once cured, the sealant is mold and mildew resistant. Ideal for sealing windows, doors, corner joints, siding, trim, butt joints, baseboards, molding, pipes, ducts and vents.
